Safety and Niceties

You and everyone in your party agrees to be kind and respectful to your guide.

You and everyone in your party agrees to do their best to follow all the safety instructions given both orally and visually by the guide before and during the tour.

You and everyone in your party agrees to do their best to follow the verbal directions, hand signals, and physical examples given by your guide for the entirety of the tour, and will always look both ways when crossing a street.

You agree that Central Bike Barcelona cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs while riding a bike.

You recognise that all Spanish Cycling Laws must be followed at all times.

You confirm that you are physically fit enough to partake in the tour, and that you will not abandon your bike midway due to being too weak or tired, etc.

You and everyone in your party agrees that neither Central Bike Barcelona nor any of its employees can be held responsible for any accident or injury (physical, emotional, or mental) that may occur during a tour.

You agree that Central Bike Barcelona is not to be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings, for example, sunglasses falling off, flip flops breaking, cameras getting jostled or losing their caps, etc. Each customer is responsible for their own belongings.

You understand and agree that if, at any time before or during your tour, the guide deems you to be an unsafe cyclist, you will be asked to stop and not continue with the tour. In the event of this, you will not be provided with a refund, so please make sure you know how to cycle before making a reservation!

Privacy Policy

Your information will not be disclosed to any third party and will only be used for the purpose of insuring your reservation and this website.

Cancellation Policy

Central Bike Barcelona offers a full refund for any reservation which is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour.

No refunds are provided for ANY reason if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

However, if you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, we’ll be happy to do so! All you need to do is send us a note through the handy contact form on our site. Please let us know your preferred date and time for the change and we’ll update your reservation, provided there’s space on the date specified.
